Eric, big thanks once again for another successful transaction. Words cannot express my deepest and most sincere gratitude on your selling my home at 2 Michael Fisher Avenue in The Valleys of Thornhill. After having it on the market for four and a half months with another agent in a very hot market where listings lasted no more than two weeks, and after many showings (3 of which came back 3 times!) that agent could not close a sale and have a prospective purchaser put pen to paper. In 2021, my wife and i needed to sell our investment condo. For that, I asked Eric if he can sell it for us at a good price. Eric got to work right away and helped us with staging, and also gave us some very good advice in order to get potential buyers interested.
